A special online Registration System
will handle all registration activity for the Summit. Fees still need to be paid
by mail as outlined below, but if you have not already registered for Staff, Conservation,
or Leadership please register online as soon as possible. Some conservation staff
already signed up on the ArrowCorps5 Staff interest portal, but you still need to register
on the online registration system to attend the NCLS.
Updates: Lodges with over 1,000 members can now bring up to 25 participants
to the leadership portion of the NCLS. Contact your local section or region leadership
for more information on bringing more participants.
A Paper form of registration is now available for those who had problems registering
online. It can be found on the online registration site:
http://registration.oa-bsa.org.
New How-To Guides are also available on the registration website for Contingent
Leaders and NCLS Staff.
The summit fee is $295.00 for conservation and leadership participants who pay
their total Summit fee by May 31, 2007 (postmark date). Fees paid after May
31, 2007 will be $350.00. All late fees must be received by the OA director no
later than June 30, 2007. The fee includes four nights air conditioned housing,
11 meals, program materials and registration materials, and recognition items during
the five-day summit.
A council contingent reservation form for the leadership portion of the summit
must be completed on line by March 1, 2007 using the Registration Portal
at www.oa-bsa.org. A nonrefundable $100.00
per participant reservation deposit must accompany the reservation form transmitted
through the local council office. No individual reservations will be accepted.
Additional Information for council contingent registration can be found in the
NCLS Registration packet.
