Walk-in archive accepting artifacts at NOAC 2015

As part of the 2015 NOAC, an archive will be operating alongside the Goodman Edson Observatory. Tasked with accommodating both predetermined projects and walk-in items, the archive is one of many ways during NOAC that the Order will "observe and preserve the traditions of the Order of the Arrow." If you intend to bring items with you to the conference please help the archive staff better plan for conference guest contributions by emailing archives@oa-bsa.org.

The OA archives would especially like to scan and/or acquire items from the following categories:

• Any copies of National OA communications, letters, bulletins, minutes, agenda, NOAC/National Meeting planning books from pre-1948
• Any NOAC planning books
• Any area conference - pre-1973 - newsletters, bulletins, etc.
• Photographs, videos, home movies, audio tapes from pre-2000 NOACs.
• OA Trail Crew group photos from any of the high adventure bases
• Photos from 1985 or 1989 OA Treks
• Photos/videos/movies of lodge events in any of the overseas lodges, e.g., Philippines, Japan, Guam, Mexico, Europe or Canal Zone
