NOAC Medical Form Submission
For the 2015 conference, guests and staff will submit an electronic medical form with a personalized barcode. Only the BSA Annual Health and Medical Record form encoded with the Arrowman's personal barcode will be accepted. Additional information on the process is available on the NOAC Medical Form Submission page.
No Day Passes
Unfortunately, due to logistical challenges presented by the significant registration turn-out as well as university requirements, day passes to visit the National Order of the Arrow Conference will not be available. Scouts and Scouters who wish to experience NOAC will have to do so as a registered member of a contingent, staff member or official invited guest. Only those individuals who display the proper credentials will be allowed to participate in program area activities, training, arena Shows and exhibits.
Contingent Transportation
Contingent leaders can update their travel advisory information in the NOAC Registration System. While you’re on the registration portal, there are PDF documents available for download that provide specifics on airport shuttle and travel arrangements. Staff members arriving early should follow the instructions in the “DTW Shuttle Bus Information” tab to register for the staff bus.
