Transportation Advisory Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Because some councils may be coordinating a transportation plan, participants should be in close communication with the council contingent coordinators to discuss transportation options. In planning your travel, please remember to follow applicable travel policies of the Boy Scouts of America, including Tour Permit and Youth Protection Guidelines.Please be sure to mark your transportation plans on registration Participant Agreement and Information Form (Form C), which is due by May 1, 2008. Arrivals: All participants should make travel plans to arrive before dinner-time on the first day of the ArrowCorps5 site dates. There are no accommodations for participants wishing to arrive early. Departures: Participants should plan to depart on the last day of the ArrowCorps5 site date. The departure dates are:
Airports: A preferred airport has been designated for each ArrowCorps5 site. Each will have shuttle service. There will be no airport shuttle service for any other airports. Airport shuttles will require a fee of approximately $25 to $45 round-trip; every effort is being made to keep these fees as low as possible. Exact fees and instructions will be posted by February 29, 2008 on this website. Please book your flights according to the arrival/departure times noted below. Airport shuttle service cannot be guaranteed outside of that time. The preferred airports and arrival/departure times are:
