Do you remember your first Conclave? You might remember not knowing anyone else and feeling lost in the crowd of Arrowmen all around you. Usually, Conclave is the first big, multi-lodge event that an Arrowmen attends and, in some ways, the National Order of the Arrow Conference is not much different. NOAC brings thousands of Arrowmen from across the country to one place, and while it is exciting to be
