The people I connected with don’t appear in my timeline.

I’ve found a Seek device. What should I do?
Please bring it to the Lost and Found – located in the Georgian Room 161 at the IMU.
My Seek device doesn’t glow when I touch it to another one. What can I do?
To Click with someone, hold your wristbands within 6 inches of each other and Click both devices simultaneously. Each will flash blue to confirm a successful Click. If this doesn’t solve the problem, visit the Redbud room in the IMU and a team member will help you.
Note: Your Seek device is not shock or water proof. Please handle it with care.
I’ve lost my Seek wristband. What should I do?
Visit the Lost and Found in the IMU to see if your Seek wristband is in there. If not, you will need to purchase a replacement device for $10. You can do this at the Lost and Found (IMU Georgian Room, 161)
I’ve lost my Seek device. If someone finds it, can they access my information?
No. All your data is encrypted: that means it is very safe. You can simply get a new Seek wristband and sync it with your account.
What information can other people see using Seek?
When you connect with an individual, they can see only the information that you have included in your profile. You can change the information in your profile at any time.
Will my information be used for commercial purposes?
If you Click-in to a touchpoint at a vendor booth, they will have access to your contact information and may contact you after the conference. This is the only commercial use of your information. If you do not want to share your information with a vendor, do not Click with their touchpoint.
How do I get the NOAC app?
Download the Order of the Arrow, BSA app from the Google Play or App Store for your Android or iOS device. It’s free! You will need to log-in with the e-mail you used to register for NOAC.
A requirement I completed is not showing up. What should I do?
Make sure that your Seek wristband has connected with the touchpoint or in some cases, the event area. Your Seek device should glow solid blue when you have successfully Clicked-in. If your wristband does not glow solid blue, the connection was not successful. Try to Click-in again.
Do I need to wear my wristband all the time?
Yes, you need to keep your wristband on at all times and at all of the shows. The wristbands will give you access to some amazing things during the conference – so don’t plan on taking it off. Even if you don’t plan on playing the game, the wristband will be a required part of your uniform this conference.
I clicked into an activity twice, why didn’t I get more points?
Every digital patch can only be earned once. You can interact with as many people as you’d like, but all of the patches listed in the Seek section can only be earned once.
