Exhibitor Information
Lodging and Meals
All exhibitors are responsible for their own transportation, meals, and lodging during their stay and involvement at the National Order of the Arrow Conference. NOAC has secured a discounted Experience exhibitor group rate at the Indiana Memorial Union’s Biddle Hotel on campus that we encourage exhibitors to take advantage of.
The closest major airport is Indianapolis International Airport, located 45 minutes north of the Indiana University campus.
Shipping Information
If you would like to ship your materials to NOAC, we have a secure facility to which you can ship them. Shipping, receiving, and warehousing will be managed by the NOAC Administrative Services team.
Staff Requirements
Each member of your booth staff will need to register online after your organization has signed up.
Background Checks
The Boy Scouts of America requires that all persons interacting with our youth members complete a criminal background check. Instructions for how to complete this will be provided during booth staff registration. Members of your staff who are already members of the BSA can provide their BSA membership ID in lieu of this requirement.
Youth Protection Training
The Boy Scouts of America requires individuals interacting with our membership to complete an online Youth Protection Training course. Instructions for how to complete this will be provided during booth staff registration. Members of your staff who are already members of the BSA and have completed this training within two years of the conference end date can provide their BSA membership ID in lieu of this requirement.
