About the Experience Exhibit Hall
Located at Walnut Grove Field on the Indiana University Campus, the exhibit hall is referred to as “The NOAC Experience” in all event materials. The idea is for exhibitors to provide interactive, hands-on activities for the thousands of young people and adults who attend. The Experience will be housed in a 12,000 square foot tent at Maple Grove Field, directly south of the Devault Alumni Center.
Physical Space and Floor Plan
The NOAC Experience exhibit hall will contain space for approximately 60 10×10 booths. The hall will be air conditioned, lighted, have a sound system, a stage, air conditioning, and trash service / cleaning, raised floor, and be carpeted along its walkways. Tables, chairs, pipe and drape will be provided to each booth. The exhibit hall will have 24 hour security from 9am on July 30 to 8pm on August 3.
Additional features such as power and internet are available to exhibitors through our decorator.
The layout of exhibits and other attractions will be organized to maximize exposure for all exhibitors to our NOAC participants, as well as maintain a dynamic, exciting flow of people through the Experience. The floor plan for the Experience will be included in the NOAC app, as well as the Participant Guidebook and Map each guest receives upon arrival at the conference.
The Stage
A 12×12 raised stage will be placed in a prominent location in the exhibit hall. This stage will have a P/A system. The stage is available for exhibitors to use to give talks, giveaways, raffles, and product demonstrations. A schedule will be managed by NOAC Experience staff.
Demonstration Campsite
For exhibitors who wish to show products that take up a large amount of floor space, produce heat / fumes or are otherwise better suited for outdoor display, we will provide space immediately outside the Experience Hall for these items. Camping-related gear will be set up in a model campsite to encourage attendees to see and interact with these items.
Goody Bags
Reusable cloth Experience bags will be distributed to each visitor at the door to the Experience, so that attendees can collect literature, handouts and samples.
