Q: How long will this website and the Slack workspace be available?
A: Currently both are estimated to exist for the next 12 months. This will be continually evaluated based on activity and we will let you know about any changes.
Q: Do I have to pay to participate in Momentum Launch?
A: Anyone can view the streamed content live and interact via social media without paying. However, registered delegates will receive a mailed patch, access to an archive of streamed program, the opportunity to participate in the event-wide game, access to the event’s community platform, and more opportunities for engagement and interaction.
Q: I only intend to view the free streamed content and interact via social media; do I need to register for the event?
A: No, only those who wish to receive the full event experience as a registered delegate need to register for the event.
Q: I’m a registered delegate but can’t find the archive, Slack information, etc.
A: Click “Log in with ArrowID” to access all of the content exclusive to registered delegates. For more information, please visit the ArrowID Authentication page.
Q: What is ArrowID?
ArrowID is the Order of the Arrow’s single sign-on system. The goal of ArrowID is to provide you with one login and password for all OA online systems and services. ArrowID is also used in OA LodgeMaster, the National OA Event Registration System (NOAERS), and the OA National Committee Portal.
Q: When does the event-wide game start? When does it end?
A: The event-wide game begins at 8:00 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, August 4th and will end at 11:59 p.m. EDT on Sunday, August 9th. Badges can only be reported in NOAERS within this timeframe. View the wide game page for more information.
Q: Can anyone participate in the event-wide game?
A: While anyone can find the requirements and complete those that do not require access to the community platform or registered delegate portal, only registered delegates can receive credit for earning these badges by logging their progress in NOAERS. Only registered delegates are eligible to receive the participation patch or to be added to the leaderboard.
