In order to access content for Momentum Launch, you must login using the email you used to register in the National Order of the Arrow Event Registration System (NOAERS). This email may be different than the ArrowID you used to login to NOAERS.

The email that you used to register received a confirmation email with the subject line “Momentum Launch – Attendee Registration Submitted”.

If the email associated with the ArrowID you used to register is different than the email you listed on the registration form, you have two options.

Option 1: Create a new ArrowID

• Visit id.oa-bsa.org .
• Select “Create a new account”
• Complete the form using the same email address you used to register.
• Check your email for a confirmation link. You will not be able to login without clicking this link.
• Log out of the Momentum Launch website (if applicable).
• Log in to the Momentum Launch website.

Option 2: Update your ArrowID email

• Visit id.oa-bsa.org .
• Log in with your existing ArrowID credentials.
• Click “change” next to your current email address.
• Follow the form to update your email to match the email you used to register.
• Check your email for a confirmation link. You need to click this link to finish the process.
• Log out of the Momentum Launch website (if applicable).
• Log in to the Momentum Launch website.
