ArrowCorp5 Reunion
After the HoDag on Wednesday night, Arrowmen from across the nation participated in the ArrowCorps5 reunion at the Tennis Center. Brad Haddock, National OA Chairman, welcomed everyone and thanked everyone who participated in ArrowCorps5 and provided cheerful service to the OA, Scouting, and the nation, thus illustrating the conference theme, Power of One. ArrowCorps5 crews reflected on their ArrowCorps5 experiences and caught up on experiences and events since ArrowCorp5. Pretzels and soda were served. The OA Trading Post highlighted the new ArrowCorps5 book, an ArrowCorps5 book signing by national OA and US Forestry Service staff, and other ArrowCorps5 memorabilia. The 2009 NOAC NCS participants were recognized at the reunion.
Based on the success of ArrowCorps5, the OA, led by Section S-4, is already planning FourCorps, a conservation project that mirrors ArrowCorps5 program located at the Ocala National Forest from June 13-19, 2010. Cost is $195. Additional details will be available on the Section S-4 website after September 1st. Space is limited, so reserve your place early!
