Lodge Mascot Race
Over 20 lodge mascots raced down a field and had to complete three tasks before returning to the starting line. First, they each had to grab a small paddleball and hit the ball several times as they continued down the field. They then folded a sheet of paper into a paper airplane and tossed it ahead. At the final station, they had to roll two jumbo dice and get a particular score before they could run back to the starting line. Will C. from Hungteetsepoppi Lodge in the Piedmont Council was the overall winner of the race. Will was dressed as a tanager, the mascot of his lodge. Revised 08/05/2009
