Introduction
Each Arrowman who attended the 1998 NOAC had the opportunity to
attend a comprehensive three-day
training program.
Available sessions included
Leadership, Program, and Adminstrative topics, Inductions and Ceremonial
Events, TOAP, and American Indian Activitites.
Each Arrowman had the ability to enroll in the sessions and workshops
that met his or her interests.
To provide additional resources for lodge, section, and other OA
training, copies of the syllabus prepared for many of the sessions
are made available on this web page.
Please note that this material is provided as a resource.
It is not to be construed as setting Order of the Arrow policy.
Order of the Arrow policy is established by the National OA Committee,
and set forth in official OA publications, such as
The Order of the Arrow Handbook,
the Guide for Officers and Advisers,

and so forth.
If any material presented in this syllabus appears to be in conflict
with such documents, it should be changed to conform to the policy
