Arrival Day '98

After traveling for hours, sometimes days, lodge contingents are welcomed to the 1998 NOAC at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa.  The first stop is the Information Booth where contingent leaders receive registration instructions.

The leaders guide their contingents to the region tents for NOAC orientation before continuing with the registration process.
While participants are briefed about the Conference activities and events from their Region Chief,

How much do we owe?

the Lodge Chief and his Contingent Adviser are busy checking in, turning in medical forms, settling financial matters, and receiving the participant packets for their contingents.
The contingent leaders return after completing registration and begin the process of unloading their luggage.
