The Complete Induction Training

Cover of the new Guide to Inductions. The “Complete Induction Training" is a three day program designed to teach Arrowmen about the new Guide to Inductions. Every Arrowman that attends leaves with a better understanding of the guide.

Located in the W. W. Wright Education Building, 75 Arrowmen, met to learn about the new Guide to Inductions. The session starts at 9 am and runs until noon and for three consecutive days. Although this session uses the term "workshop" in its description, it is really a three-day cell; you should go to all three days as each day will cover a different part of the guide.

This intensive training workshop is a must for inductions chairmen and advisers or those seriously interested in inductions and ceremonies.  Special attention will be given to Unit Elections, the Call-Out, Ordeal Management, Journey to Brotherhood, Ceremony Team Training and the conversion to Brotherhood.  Your lodge can benefit from your attendance at this training.

Over the course of three days spending about three hours a day, Arrowmen will review the new Guide to Inductions going through it cover to cover, learning and discussing anything and everything that has to do with the new guide. For additional information go to the Guide to Inductions page.
