Flag Football Rules

1. PLAYERS

A. Teams must have 5-10 players.
B. A team will be allowed to have substitute players.

2. NFL RULES

A. False Start - depends on size of fields, no more than 5 yards
B. Offsides - depending on size of field, no more than 5 yards
C. Holding - 5 yards
D. Pass Interference - spot of foul

3. GENERAL RULES

A. First downs are by a gain of ten yards or two completions for positive yardage, depending on size of field.
B. Referee decision is final and unnecessary roughness can result in ejection from the game.
C. Games will have two fifteen minute halves, with a five minute half-time.
