Lodge Contingent Reservation Form
An automated Contingent Reservation form is available on
the Indian Summer
event registration website.
Please make all changes to your contingent profile using the online
event registration site. If the individual appointed as contingent
leader changes, please make the change online, print a hardcopy of
the appointment form and mail it to the national office with your
Scout Executive's signature.
Transmittal Form
An automated transmittal form is available on the Indian Summer
event registration website.
This automated form lists additional information necessary for
registration. The previous transmittal form is obsolete.
A transmittal form is to be attached to all transactions submitted
to the national office.
