If your lodge is participating in the Flap Parade during the opening show on Monday, be sure to consult the Flap Parade Instructions news post. It contains important information on what to wear, what to bring, and where to meet to line up for the parade.
Parade Banner Specifications
The Shows Committee invites all lodges to participate in the lodge flap parade during the opening show. Lodges should select one youth Arrowman to carry their lodge flap in the opening show. Design guidelines for flaps can be downloaded here. Details regarding the time and location the flap carrier should arrive will be announced in the coming weeks. All Arrowmen participating in the parade must arrive in uniform wearing their OA sash and should have eaten dinner prior to arrival, as they will be at the arena from their arrival through the opening show.
