Region VIA Gathering

Very Important Arrowman (VIA) – These youth-only gatherings are comprised of selected Arrowmen (VIAs, the OA equivalent of VIPs) from across the nation. Our VIA gatherings will be held by Region in the planetarium. VIA participants will be selected by each Lodge and will include two youth Arrowmen: the Lodge Chief and one additional youth selected by the Lodge Chief and Lodge Adviser from the lodge contingent. The lodge contingent leader or lodge adviser will be able to indicate their Lodge’s two VIAs in the online registration system. (2 youth per lodge)

Admonition Team Lunch & Learn Series

Please join the Admonition Team and special guests in discussing the importance, history, and intentionality of inclusion. All are welcome to come and learn more about how to create a more inclusive environment for Scouts of Color, Scouts with Disabilities, LGBTQ+ OA Members, and Women and Girls in Scouting. This Lunch & Learn series is a safe space where we can all grow our understanding of different communities!

NESA @ NOAC Dinner

NESA @ NOAC Dinner- (ticket purchase required) A night of celebration for the National Eagle Scout Association. All participants and staff are invited to attend this special event to celebrate! Tickets are on a first come first serve basis. We look forward to celebrating scouting and all that it means to be an Eagle Scout in America today. See you at NESA @ NOAC. (Thursday 8/1 at 5:00pm – Includes: dinner, special recognition item, special guest speaker) NOTE: this event is open to all NOAC participants and staff, you do not need to be an Eagle Scout to attend.

ArrowPride Lunch & Learn: Unselfish in Service

Hear from a distinguished panel of LGBTQ+ OA members with careers in public service. Learn how they live the Admonition every day and how you can, too. All are welcome to come and learn!

Lodge Adviser Forum

Invitation for all lodge advisers or their designee to join us for lunch and discussion with members of the Order of the Arrow National Committee to receive current updates and to ask questions. This session is limited to one adult per lodge.

Lodge and Section Leadership Reception

The Lodge and Section Leadership Reception is open to each Lodge Key 3 member as well as Section leaders. The reception will celebrate our lodge and sections, include updates on the Order of the Arrow, and provide a preview of the Thursday National Council of Chiefs.

National Recognition Dinner: DSA & Red Arrow Awards

A night of celebration for those who have earned the National Distinguished Service Award and Red Arrow Award. Come celebrate with your friends and honor those who have given unselfishly to the Order. General delegates are unable to purchase tickets due to limited space. DSA holders will receive an email detailing the process to attend. (Tuesday, 7/30 at 4:00 pm – Includes: Presentations, dinner, special recognition item, guest speaker)
