Dates and Location

The 2022 National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) will begin with dinner on Monday, July 25, 2022, and conclude following breakfast on Saturday, July 30, 2022. The conference will be held at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Eligibility

All Arrowmen who are registered members of the Boy Scouts of America and have their council’s approval are eligible to participate in the 2022 National Order of the Arrow Conference. All guests must register as a member of a council contingent or be a member of the conference staff.

Conference Fee

The conference fee is $625.00 for youth and adult members who pay their total conference fee by May 31, 2022. Conference fees paid after this date will incur a late fee of $50. The fee includes five nights’ housing, 14 meals, program and support materials, registration materials, and recognition items. A complete pricing breakdown can be found with registration information.

Your local lodge contingent may have additional fees for transportation and/or other activities that may happen before or after NOAC. Please contact your local lodge contingent for more information.

Registration

To secure the youth and adult spaces desired, each council must complete the online Council Contingent Registration Form via the NOAC registration area at registration.oa-bsa.org [1] accompanied with a nonrefundable $100.00 per-guest registration deposit. All contingent reservations must be transmitted through the local council offer and accompanied by the transmittal form.

This year, there is an option for individual adult participants who register outside of their lodge contingent. Council Scout executives must still approve these individuals’ attendance. These participants will register directly through the National OA Event Registration System (NOAERS) [2] and will be housed in premium (hotel) housing. This option is only available for adult participants at least 21 years old.

Arrowmen can also attend NOAC virtually. The remote delegate conference fee is $75 and includes access to exclusive program activities, the same memorabilia as in-person delegates, access to a live stream of events as they happen, and an archive of programming for on-demand viewing.

Registration for those interested in staff positions is open now at registration.oa-bsa.org [1].
