The Campus Shuttle: Getting Around NOAC
A single, one-way looping shuttle route will operate around the campus with designated stops (12) near all the major housing and program areas of the conference and will have stops identified with NOAC branded signage. Shuttle services will operate between 6:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. with service levels expected to handle most demand with waits times approximately 6 and 12 minutes. Shuttles will operate Monday (beginning 10:30 a.m.) through Friday evening during the conference.
Delegates and staff can track the campus shuttles via the NOAC app and in the residence halls on the digital transit tracking screens near the main lobbies and dining facilities.
IU buses are “people mover” city style buses designed for the quick loading and unloading of passengers. All campus shuttles are handicap accessible with curb level riding to easily allow attendees with crutches/cane to load and have the capability to extend a roll in ramp for any wheelchair bound attendees.
Please Note: the campus shuttle is not intended to have capacity to service to all conference attendees simultaneously, conference attendees should continue to plan to walk between nearby events or activities.
