Lodge Historian Summit (Training Event)

Are you interested in documenting your lodges history but don’t know how to start? Or are you a veteran archivist who has some information to share? If you answered yes to either of these questions or if you’re interested in learning more about documenting your lodge’s history, the Lodge Historian Summit is for you!
National Chief/ Vice Chief Reunion & Time Capsule Opening
Time: August 4th @ 1:30-3:00 pm
Location: Rock Tent
Come to the Rock Tent from 1:30-3:00 to talk to former national chiefs and vice chiefs, get some sashes or patches signed, and be there for the opening of our time capsule from 1990!
50 Years of Service Summit
Time: August 5th @ 10:00-12:00pm
Location: Kellogg Auditorium
Arrowmen who have been part of the Order for the past 50 years and beyond (inducted during or before 1965) are invited to this special event to talk with Order of the Arrow Archival and Documenting teams on what our Order was like 50 years ago along with talking to other NOAC VIPs and officers.
Chapter Chief Appreciation Reception
Time: August 5th @ 10:00pm
Location: Rock Tent
Chapter chiefs from all lodges and regions are invited to a special appreciation gathering to thank you for the service you provide throughout the year. Snacks and beverages will be served, and national officers will be there as well to thank you for your unselfish service to Arrowmen across the country.
Lodge Adviser Breakfast

Lodge Advisers are invited to join Order of the Arrow Chairman Ray Capp for breakfast to talk about the current state of our Order, plans for the future, as well as answering any questions advisers may have.
Legacy Project – Lodge History Book Training
Time: Various times throughout conference
Location: Kellogg Auditorium
Join Order of the Arrow Historian Robert Mason as he talks to Arrowmen (youth and adult) about how to properly set up your lodge history book. This training cell will include what to include in your lodge history books, how to format events and officers, and other important information for lodge historians.
