After a great Theme show, NOAC 2009 concluded the final evening with national OA committee and
other staff members serving scoops of vanilla ice cream to all 7,200 NOAC 2009 guests. In the background,
there was live band playing several songs, and plan to play into the night! The back-drop of the ice cream social
was a spectacular view of a full moon and 6 hot-air ballons, including OA, Eagle Scout, and Indiana University hot-air ballons
in the Tennis Center area. The social provided the opportunity to share and reflect on NOAC 2009 experiences, plans
for NOAC 2012, and wish their old and new friends a safe trip back home tomorrow. While NOAC 2009 is coming to close, the "Power of One" will
remain in the hearts and minds of those that attended NOAC 2009.
