Among the features of the Grand Hodag was food and entertainment with ARC providing over 1,500 pounds of peanuts, along with 150 bags of cotton candy, 85 kegs of root beer, and 10 kegs of diet root beer. This year the Grand Hodag was held on Tuesday evening and was conducted by the Activities and Recreation Committee, who worked hard to make this year’s Hodag the best one yet.

Music and entertainment were also key elements of this year’s Grand Hodag. For the music lovers, there was a live band called the “Hop-ups” that An unlucky Arrowman post dunkplayed songs from country to pop genres. Another entertainment feature was the magicians performing a magic show and clowns making balloon animals for the Arrowmen.

Patch trading also proved popular with the participants at the Grand Hodag who congregated on the perimeter of Munn Field swapping their patches while drinking their root beer.  All in attendance had a fun filled evening of Brotherhood and fellowship and left the Grand Hodag anxiously awaiting Founder’s Day on Wednesday.
