Arrowmen Finish NOAC with Ice Cream Social

“Brothers of the Order of the Arrow, due to inclement weather (hail and heavy rain) in our area, you must remain in the arena.”  That was the beginning of the Goodman Gala which was held inside Breslin Center due to the weather.  While being showered with red and white confetti and being blasted with dance music inside the arena, Arrowmen sang and danced away the final moments of NOAC 2006.  As the weather poured rain outside, ice cream was being scooped inside as attendees were served “Arrowmen Ice Cream,” a red and white strawberry treat.

As the Arrowmen enjoyed ice cream and waited for the weather to pass, many made last minute patch trades. Soon the doors were opened and everyone was dismissed.  Around 11:00 PM and despite the wet weather, fireworks were shot and could be seen from all over campus.
