NOAC 2006 Forms and Materials
The 2006 National OA Conference forms and materials include:Council Contingent Reservation Form
This form is for your council's initial reservations to attend the 2006 National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC). The form is to be completed and forwarded with a deposit check for $100 per participant (nonrefundable). The Council Contingent Reservation Form and Deposit Transmittal will be available on December 15, 2005 . (Individual registration forms (for contingent members) will be available on April 1, 2006.)
A transmittal form (Deposit or Contingent Transmittal) must be attached to all payments submitted to the national office. You may reproduce copies of the transmittal forms as needed by going to the Registration Area of the NOAC Information area at www.oa-bsa.org .
All forms and transmittals can be found and printed from the NOAC Information Area on the Order of the Arrow Website: www.oa-bsa.org.
NOAC Hold Harmless Agreement
All participants and staff coming to NOAC need to complete the NOAC Hold Harmless Agreement. This form needs to be filled out and signed in advance, then brought to NOAC and submitted during the on-site registration along with your medical form. Participants or Staff under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian signature on their form.
Contingent Leaders are advised to keep a copy of the signed and completed forms for their records.

NOAC Staff Application
A detailed description of the NOAC staff application process for those youth and adult Arrowmen interested in serving on a conference committee is available in the NOAC Information area of the national OA website at: www.oa-bsa.org. Arrowmen interested in serving on the 2006 NOAC staff can apply on line after January 2, 2006.
Trading Post Orders
NOAC participants and staff members are encouraged to visit the OA Trading Post Online to order merchandise in advance of the conference. This will help avoid long lines at the conference and possible disappointment as items are sold out. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted at the OA Trading Post Online. Checks are not accepted.
If you would like your order shipped, it will be shipped from the conference site between July 28 and August 2, 2006. Otherwise, your order must be picked up on Saturday, July 29 or Sunday, July 30 of the conference.
Only cash, travelers checks, and credit cards will be accepted at the trading posts during the conference.
Conference Administrative and Program Information
Conference administrative and program information will be available to all council contingents through the NOAC Information Area at www.oa-bsa.org on April 1, 2006.
2006 NOAC Promotion DVD
An 8-minute promotion video suitable for promoting the 2006 NOAC was enclosed with the conference reservation information kit. (This kit was sent to the councils on November 15th, 2005.) Your council is encouraged to use the video to help promote the 2006 NOAC to its OA members.
