Brotherhood Band & Chorus

Chorus making music

The Brotherhood Chorus prior to the showThe Brotherhood Chorus prepares for a concert in Memorial UnionThe Brotherhood Chorus, founded over 50 years ago, sang their way into the spotlight at NOAC. The venues they have performed at include the Very Important Arrowmen luncheon, DSA Dinner and the Section Officer Conference Dinner. They practiced every day during NOAC, in the Music Hall from 10 - 11:30 A.M. The group has over 65 members from every age group, so every show was a real treat. The group performed daily.

The Brotherhood BandBrotherhood Band during Founders Day ParadeThe ninety-three member strong Brotherhood Band, like the chorus, provided musical entertainment for the participants at NOAC. Along with daily shows, they also performed at special events. Unfortunately for them, many of their performances were outside, in the hot Iowa weather. Nevertheless, the time-honored tradition continued, filling the air of NOAC with wonderful sounds.
