<p>Brothers,</p>
<p>We hope that everyone has thoroughly enjoyed this year’s conference. The staff has worked tirelessly 
to provide incredible activities, unforgettable shows, exciting competitions, great publications and 
memorable experiences.  We hope each and every Arrowman has taken advantage of everything at this conference: 
the training, fellowship, patch trading, competitions and service opportunities.</p>
<p>One task still remains--taking NOAC back home to your regions, sections and lodges. Have you answered 
the question of what brotherhood means to you?  Have you discovered what servant leadership is? You were 
chosen to serve, but have you been inspired to lead?  We hope that this National Order of the Arrow Conference 
has provided the inspiration to lead our Order into the future, led by the current and future leaders we 
have assembled here this week.</p>
<p>It has been an honor and privilege to serve at this conference. Have a safe trip home. God bless.</br>
