American Indian Activities Expo

For the first time at the 2004 National Order of the Arrow Conference participants had a chance to visit the American Indian Expo as they left the registration area. The American Indian Activities, AIA Committee displayed a showcase of various Indian handicrafts to boost awareness of the many American Indian activities taking place at NOAC. Among the numerous items on display were headdresses, moccasins, various bags, and a wide variety of beadwork. Indian Bonnet on Display at the AIA Expo
Items on Display at the AIA Expo According to AIA staff member Dave Coleman, "This expo was designed to show all the participants what AIA has to offer, and give them a taste of various crafts that can be made during the course of the conference. We wanted to impart to them the skills to make and teach other crafts back with their home lodges." The entire American Indian Activities staff has worked long and hard to prepare not only for this event, but the countless number of activities that will be offered to participants throughout the entire conference.
