Arrowmen Press Corps

APC correspondents gather for their orientation The Arrowmen Press Corps provides one way for Arrowmen to keep in touch with their local media outlets at home. APC correspondents are NOAC participants from lodge contingents who write articles here at NOAC about their daily activities. These are Arrowmen who volunteer to use some of their time at the conference to make sure that those back home are informed about the activities and events that the contingent members enjoy at the conference.
APC correspondents participate in the conference, and report on activities and events. They also interview other people from their lodge and report on what they are doing and what they like about NOAC 2004. The NOAC Communications Committee provides a bank of computers in their office for the use of the Arrowmen Press Corps. The correspondents can use the computers to write their stories, and then email their reports back to their local newspaper, radio stations or television stations. The staff in the office helps the correspondents with proofreading and sending their articles to the media and also provides a special APC press pass for the correspondents. The APC provides a crucial link between lodge contingents at NOAC, their families and other lodge members back ho me. APC correspondent Bryce Y. of Spe-Le-Yai Lodge writes for his lodge newsletter
