Q: Will there be a Lodge Newsletter Competition
at the 2004 NOAC?
A: There will not be a Lodge Newsletter Competition at the
2004 NOAC. Different competitions are offered at different NOACs.
The youth leaders of the Communications Committee decided to focus the
time and energy on other events this year. The Committee would like to
encourage lodges to enter the Lodge Web Site Competition for this
conference, and to encourage individual Arrowmen to become members
of the Arrowman Press Corps.
