Lodge Web Site Competition
Lodge web sites have become a key form of communication in the Order of the Arrow.
Your lodge can achieve recognition for your online efforts through the NOAC 2004
Lodge Web Site Competition.
The NOAC Communications Committee will provide all participating lodges with
the chance to have their web sites evaluated by carefully selected judges, and receive
feedback, suggestions, and appropriate recognition. Lodges desiring to enter the
competition must have an active lodge web site and must complete the online application.
Web sites will be judged at random times between July 1st and August 3rd.
Lodges with top scoring web sites will be given a special award graphic to display
on their web site, will be featured in an article on the National OA Web Site, and
get special recognition at the Founders' Day Web Site booth.
Lodges in the competition must pick up their results packet at the Web Site booth
at Founders' Day, during the afternoon of Wednesday, August 4, 2004.
To participate in the Lodge Web Site Competition,
a lodge's contingent
adviser must pre-register the lodge on the Lodge Web Site Competition
page. The adviser will be asked for the
URL of the web site and a contact person from among the lodge's NOAC
participants.
Lodges need to pre-register for this event online at the
NOAC event
registration web site.
