NOAC 2004 - Iron Arrowman
Iron Arrowman
Brand new to NOAC, Iron Arrowman will put all participants to the test. This
is an individual competition that will stress an Arrowman's physical abilities.
It will include: car pull, water bucket relay, endurance hold, rope climb, and
the 5K run. Each day the competition will be conducted
at a different location and the winner will be determined by the lowest time
completing the events.
The Iron Arrowman will take place:
- Sunday 1:00-3:30 PM
- Monday 1:00-5:00 PM
- Tuesday 1:00-5:00 PM
Individuals need to pre-register for this event online at the
NOAC
