The Opening show leads off on Saturday night, welcoming everyone to NOAC 2002. The show includes the traditional parade of giant lodge flaps from all lodges in attendance, introduces the conference leadership including the National Chief and National Vice Chief, previews the conference programs, and creates an atmosphere for the rest of the conference.
