Meet Dominic Pascucci
Western Region Chief

Dominic Thomas Pascucci, 19, is the 2002 Western Region Chief. A Vigil member of Achewon Nimat Lodge # 282 from San Francisco Bay Area Council, his Vigil name is "Tschipelendamoagan Skahenso Majewelendam" meaning "Crazy Brave Who Never Quits".

Dominic has served on Summer Camp staff, as a Council Philmont Contingent Crew leader, and as Section Chief for Section W-3A. In 2001, he served on staff for the National Jamboree. Dominic has served in numerous positions in his Lodge, but his best Scouting memory is that of serving as Lodge Banquet Chairman twice.

In addition to Scouting and the OA, Dominic enjoys Biking and visiting the state of Arizona. He also collects P.E.Z.

Dominic attends the College of San Mateo where he will be a Junior this fall. There he is studying "?" with hopes of one day owning his own camping and outdoors business.

When asked what his vision for the OA was, Dominic said, "Seeing the OA reaching to more people, both in scouting and outside of it, showing that we follow the Scout Slogan of 'Doing a Good Turn Daily' without any reward."
