Best of the Best
(BOB)

How does a trainer become the best of the best? Well if his name is Bob then he is already half way there. The NOAC training staff's "Best of the Best" event is the other half. This event allows lodges to show off their ability to train with the best of them. One person from each lodge is selected to participate in a grueling three day training exercise, culminating in 25 different presentations given in 15-minute intervals during Founders' Day.

This is the best chance for each lodge to be seen as a strong force in training because the rest of the conference will be able to see what other lodge's do well while also giving them a chance to see what other lodges are doing that is unique. Although some lodges choose not to enter, most did and those lodges not entered are encouraged to start preparing for the 2004 NOAC in Iowa. Every Arrowman was encouraged see at least one presentation, and take that knowledge back to his or her chapter, lodge, or section.
