Approved Contingent Registration Appointment Times

Most lodges that have submitted a "NOAC Travel Advisory and Registration form" now have an approved contingent registration appointment time assigned. Lodges should plan to arrive at NOAC Registration on Saturday, July 29th, at the time given.

In the majority of instances, lodges received their first choice for an appointment. Contingent leaders will be allowed into the Registration Area at the Thompson-Boling Arena through the "Appointment" door at their time +/- 15 minutes. If you arrive early, you can still register by entering the Registration area through the "General" entrance. This way, if you arrive at UT early, you can wait in the General line or return at your appointment and get right in.

Contingent Leaders should also check the "Express Service" sign at the entrance to Thompson-Boling to see if they qualify for Express. Contingents qualifying for Express Service will have their housing preassigned, payment summary, and individual training schedules waiting just inside the doors. You will just have to update the medical folks on any problems since medicals were completed, turn in a copy of the medical, pay the key deposit of $50 for the contingent and leave. Our goal is to get you in and out in under 15 minutes. (And this includes receiving instructions for the NOAC Special Wide Game!)
