D. Preliminary Program plans for the Conference:
Opening Show - A time to welcome participants,
introduce national officers, kick off the conference programs
and create an atmosphere for the coming week.
History / Recognition Show - A time to educate participants about
the history and traditions of the Order of the Arrow and its founders.
Presentation of the Red Arrow and the Distinguished Service Awards
are highlights of the show.
American Indian Show - A night to learn more about American
Indians and their celebration of dance.
Theme Show - An original full-length play written, produced,
and performed by Arrowmen that delivers the conference theme
in a way that touches the hearts and minds of the audience.

The shows committee would like all lodges to make a sturdy giant lodge
flap sign, to be used in the Opening Show.
