Scuba Release form information

Would you like to try scuba? Scouts at NOAC 2000 will get a chance to learn about scuba, put on a tank, and go for a dive. Scuba will be held in the pool at the HPER Building.

A parental release is required in advance for this activity. The Scuba Release form must be filled out and signed by the Scout and his parents in advance, then brought to NOAC.
