Camp Promo Extravaganza

The Camping Promotions Extravaganza was held Tuesday. This Event featured more than 30 lodges from across the country promoting their local council Scout camps. 

Arrowmen were shown videos and received flyers, folders and were given the opportunity to questions pertaining to different Scout Camps answered.   By visiting the Camp Promotions Extravaganza, Arrowmen fulfilled one of the requirements for the NOAC Participation Award.

"Camp promotions is one of the reasons the OA was founded," said Dan Segersin, lead adviser for the camping and high adventure committee.  "Camp promotion is one way to improve interest in our local Scout camps and camping."
