White on Red
and White on Black

On display at NOAC were two very special sashes. 

In 1990, the 75^th anniversary of the OA, Dr. Carl Marchetti, then chairman of the National Order of the Arrow Committee, decided to make the red sash with a white Vigil Arrow as a gift for all of the Members of the National OA Committee. He had 75 of the sashes made with the white arrow with "75^th Anniversary" printed above the top Brotherhood bar.

The Black sash with the white Ordeal Arrow was made for the National OA Committee Members in the year 1995. Dr Marchetti had these made as a gift when he left as the Chairman. Again 75 were made.
