Vianney Careaga – road crew member

Vianney Careaga is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor Member from Tucson, AZ. He joined the Boy Scouts of America in 2002, and later went through his Ordeal in 2009. Besides working on ArrowTour, Vianney currently serves as the Section W-6W chief, a Western Region youth committee chairman, and as the Western Region NOAC training coordinator . Outside of Scouting, he is a student at the University of Arizona pursuing a degree in Political Science with a minor in Pre-Law, and hopes to one day be a lawyer and go into politics. Vianney has been involved in the ArrowTour process since 2014 and is looking forward to bringing the tour to the Western Region in the summer of 2015.

Vince Despain – road crew member

Vince Despain is a high school junior from Antioch, California. He started Scouting as a Wolf, and is now a Life Scout serving the OA as Section W-3N's vice chief. He previously served as lodge chief, and led his troop on a trek during Philmont's rainy season last year. Vince wrestles, swims, and is an avid water polo player. He is very excited to experience the local flair of each ArrowTour stop this summer.

Michael Goswick – road crew member

Michael Goswick is an Eagle Scout, Vigil Honor Member, and Founder's Award recipient from Dubai who currently resides in Klamath Falls, Oregon. His distant birthplace didn't stop him from joining Scouting, and by the time his family moved back to the United States, he had earned his Arrow of Light and completed his Tenderfoot rank. In Lo La' Qam Geela Lodge, he served as lodge treasurer and lodge chief. Then, he served as section vice chief and later section chief of W-1S. Michael is graduating from Portland State University with a BS in Marketing and Advertising, fitting in perfectly with his work for ArrowTour.
