Staff Arrives via Personal Transportation

  1. First, park in the Kellogg parking garage. Be sure to bring your parking ticket for validation after finishing check-in.
  2. Follow the signage to the registration office to check-in. The office will confirm your fees are paid, Youth Protection Training is up-to-date, medical form is approved and emergency contact is confirmed. You will also receive their name badge with Spark, a packet of information, Centennial sash and show tickets. Once confirmed, your housing billet will be printed which you can take to either your dorm or hotel in exchange for their key.
  3. Your housing assignment:
    1. If you are staying in a dorm: You will drive to your assigned dorm and exchange the billet given to you at check-in for a room key. Stow your gear at your room and move your car to long-term parking.
    2. If you are staying in a hotel: You will drive to the assigned hotel and exchange the billet given to you at check-in for a room key. Give a credit card imprint for any incidental charges and then park your car in the area assigned to you.
    3. If you are arriving early: After check-in, you will go to the housing office in order to be issued a room.
