Conference Program

Arrowmen from around the country have the unique opportunity to gather together for the 2015 National Order of the Arrow Conference commonly referred to as NOAC. NOAC 2015 will host 15,000 Arrowmen at Michigan State University. Arrowmen from around the world will gather to share ideas on lodge leadership, receive training, and participate in a large variety of competitions. This six day adventure is unlike any other event in Scouting and is unique to just members of the Order of the Arrow.

The training at NOAC is world class, bringing together the most knowledgeable trainers who will share their expertise with you so that you may be able to bring these ideas back to your lodge. The training topics vary from American Indian Activities to Inductions and OA Ceremonies to high adventure, camping, and supporting local units.

What would be a gathering of Arrowmen be without competitions? Competitions vary in size, from individual/team to lodge, but there is no shortage when it comes to the breadth of opportunities available to showcase your talents. In addition to OA centric competitions, a wide variety of sports competitions take place at each conference. Through these competitions, Arrowmen are able to not only better themselves physically but also mentally.

In the afternoons, the Order of the Arrow Museum will showcase the rich history and tradition of the OA. Patches, memorabilia, and paintings will be on display for all to see. For many Arrowmen, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see pictures of our founder, Dr. E. Urner Goodman and co-founder, Carroll Edson. You will also have the opportunity to see the history of Order of the Arrow sashes not found anywhere else in the world. You won't want to miss out on this chance!

After dinner, Arrowmen will gather in the university's arena for the nightly show. From keynote speeches, award presentations, and original performances, the shows are not to be missed!

NOAC 2015 will be the culmination of the 100th Anniversary Celebration and the excitement is building, just waiting for you to step on campus on August 3, 2015!
